Investigation into San Jose brothel operation ends in two arrests

SAN JOSE — A months-long investigation right into a suspected brothel operation in San Jose ended within the arrest of two suspects in late March and early April, police mentioned.

Garibay mentioned officers additionally served a warrant at a house within the 1300 block of Bagley Means.

On the Willow Road property, officers arrested Bili Ruan, 50, of San Jose, on suspicion of pimping, Garibay mentioned.
