A 1,292-square-foot home in-built 1960 has modified palms. The unit within the 1600 block of Ardenwood Drive in San Jose was bought on Aug. 4, 2025 for $3,089,000, or $2,391 per sq. foot. This single-story residence gives a spacious structure with 4 bedrooms and two bogs. Inside, there are two fireplaces. Moreover, the home features a single parking spot, offering a chosen space for car parking. Located on a spacious 6,150-square-foot lot, the property gives ample outside area.
