CONCORD — A 27-year-old Pittsburg man is dealing with homicide costs in reference to a deadly taking pictures Monday in Harmony, police mentioned.

Gunfire erupted round 3 a.m. close to the intersection of Monument Boulevard and Reganti Drive, based on the Harmony Police Division. Officers arrived to search out the sufferer, recognized as Omar Gonzalez, affected by at the least one gunshot wound.

Medical personnel pronounced him useless on the scene.

Detectives recognized Probability Martin as a suspect within the deadly taking pictures. On Wednesday, detectives served warrants in Antioch and Nice Hill and arrested him.

The taking pictures appeared to stem from a dispute Martin was concerned in with a bunch of individuals at a car parking zone within the 1500 block of Monument Boulevard, based on police.

Martin drove away however returned a short while later and opened fireplace on the group from the window of his automotive, police mentioned. One of many bullets hit and killed Gonzalez.

On Friday, detectives offered the case to the Contra Costa County District Lawyer’s Workplace, which charged Martin with homicide, based on police. Martin stays in custody on the Martinez Detention Facility.
