PITTSBURG — Former Contra Costa County District 5 Supervisor Federal D. Glover, the primary African American supervisor within the county, died Sunday. He was 69 years outdated.

Glover made historical past as the primary African American elected to the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, the place he served for greater than 20 years.
