Cupertino Metropolis Council makes fee, committee appointments
Fee appointments

Bicycle Pedestrian Commissioner Ilango Ganga was reappointed to a full time period. Gerhard Eshelbeck was appointed to a partial time period ending Jan. 30, 2027, and Munisekaran Madhdhipatla, a full time period.

Elida Xhindi and Usha Narayan have been each appointed to full phrases on the Housing Fee. Liyan Zhao was reappointed to a full time period on the Library Fee; Chandrasekaran Sakthivel and Xiangchen Xu have been appointed to full phrases.Seema Swamy and Sheela Sreekanth have been each reappointed to full phrases on the Parks and Recreation Fee; Gopalakrishnan Kumarappan, a full time period.

Planning Commissioner Steven Scharf was reappointed to a full time period; Santosh Rao and Tracy Kosolcharoen have been appointed to full phrases.

Sashikala Begur and Ravi Kiran Singh Sapaharam have been appointed to full phrases on the Public Security Fee. Sustainability Commissioner Sonali Padgaonkar was reappointed to a full time period; Jack Carter, a full time period.

In league with voters

Tara Martin-Milius, govt director of Management Sunnyvale, and her co-teacher Bruce Paton are set to talk at a Feb. 15 assembly of the League of Ladies Voters of Cupertino-Sunnyvale. They’ll clarify what they do to make that program profitable and the way it advantages the neighborhood.

The assembly, which is open to the general public, is ready 2-4 p.m. at Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church, 728 W. Fremont Ave., Sunnyvale. Registration is really useful to https://lwvcs.clubexpress.com.
