Cupertino awards acknowledge additional steps taken
CREST winners

As a part of the town’s seventieth anniversary celebration, Cupertino will acknowledge the winners of the 2025 CREST Awards (Cupertino Acknowledges Further Steps Taken) through the Cupertino Group Service Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 29 on the Quinlan Group Heart. These annual awards honor excellent group members and organizations whose volunteer service has made an enduring influence on Cupertino.

The 2025 CREST Awards winners are: Dennis Whittaker, Lifetime Achievement; Raymond Lancon, Volunteer of the Yr; Cupertino Little League, Group of the Yr; Sarah Shelke and Reena Shah, Rising Stars of the Yr; Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Deputy Aalok Patel, Hometown Hero.

Artwork wall submissions

The Metropolis of Cupertino is inviting group members to showcase their creativity on a “My Cupertino” Artwork Wall that might be displayed on the second annual Cupertino Group Service Awards on Wednesday, Oct. 29, on the Quinlan Group Heart.

The theme encourages artists to precise what Cupertino means to them—whether or not it’s a favourite place, a group custom, native nature or the town’s spirit of innovation and variety.

Chosen items could also be featured on the Metropolis of Cupertino’s web site and social media platforms. All members will obtain a certificates of appreciation from the town.

Puzzle hunt

The Cupertino Puzzle Hunt is on by means of Oct. 26. The free, family-friendly scavenger hunt that takes groups throughout the town to resolve clues and puzzles tied to Cupertino’s individuals, locations and historical past.
