The structure of this single-story house consists of three bedrooms and two baths. The property occupies a large 6,000-square-foot lot.

In March 2025, a house on the 800 block of Harding Avenue in San Jose bought for $1,226,000. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet.
A 1,170-square-foot house on the 800 block of Schiele Avenue in San Jose bought in July 2024 for $1,610,000, a value per sq. foot of $1,376. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet.
