A 3,158-square-foot home in-built 1893 has modified arms. The spacious historic property within the 4300 block of Second Avenue in Pleasanton was bought on July 11, 2025 for $1,040,000 which works out to $329 per sq. foot. The structure of this two-story house consists of seven bedrooms and one tub. The unit encompasses a beneficiant 0.3 acres of land, that includes ample outside area and a pool.
