The spacious historic property within the 4300 block of Second Avenue in Pleasanton was bought on July 11, 2025 for $1,040,000 which works out to $329 per sq. foot. The structure of this two-story house consists of seven bedrooms and one tub. The unit encompasses a beneficiant 0.3 acres of land, that includes ample outside area and a pool.

On Second Avenue, Pleasanton, in Pleasanton in December 2022, a 1,903-square-foot house was bought for $1,775,000, a value per sq. foot of $933. The house has 3 bedrooms and three bogs.

In June 2025, a 2,738-square-foot house on the 4400 block of Railroad Avenue in Pleasanton bought for $1,750,000, a value per sq. foot of $639. The house has 2 bedrooms and a pair of bogs.
