LOS ALTOS HILLS – A crash and chemical spill snarled visitors on Interstate 280 in Los Altos Hills for a lot of Thursday afternoon and early night, in accordance with the California Freeway Patrol.

The incident occurred round 12:45 p.m. within the southbound lanes of the freeway close to Magdalena Avenue, the CHP mentioned. No accidents have been reported.
