
A bicyclist was struck and killed by a pick-up truck close to the UC Berkeley campus Saturday afternoon, police stated.
The collision occurred at round 2:50 p.m. on the intersection of Telegraph Avenue and Haste Avenue, in response to the Berkeley Police Division.
The bicyclist, a person in his 60s, was taken to a neighborhood hospital, the place he was later pronounced useless. The motive force remained on the scene and is cooperating with investigators, police stated.

Haste Avenue between Bowditch Avenue and Dana Avenue.
