BAY POINT — Simply two weeks after he was charged with exposing himself to a nurse at a hospital, an East Contra Costa man was arrested once more in reference to 4 sexual assaults, authorities stated
Oscar Medrano, 38, of Bay Level, was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of groping two girls at a Bay Level bakery on Dec. 2, and for later allegedly groping a 3rd girl in one other a part of city. In the course of the second sexual assault, Medrano allegedly pulled over in his Dodge Charger on Willow Cross Street and forcibly touched a lady who was strolling on the sidewalk, authorities stated.
