CONCORD — An armed theft suspect was shot and killed by a Harmony liquor retailer worker Friday night time, police say.
The incident occurred simply earlier than 11:30 p.m. at 3200 Willow Cross Highway when a suspect armed with a shotgun entered the shop and tried to drive an worker to open the shop’s protected, in accordance with the Harmony Police Division. One other retailer worker intervened and fired his personal weapon, putting the suspect.
The suspect was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Detectives are reviewing proof and the investigation is ongoing, in accordance with the division. Names are being withheld pending notifications of household.
