All seven Nationalist Congress Get together (NCP) MLAs in Nagaland joined the ruling Nationalist Democratic Progressive Get together (NDPP), giving the Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio-led celebration an absolute majority within the 60-member meeting.With this merger, the NDPP’s tally elevated from 25 to 32.
