Miami-Dade police didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark. 

“We are aware of the incident that took place on October 6 aboard MSC Seashore,” a spokesperson for MSC Cruises instructed FOX Enterprise. “The matter was promptly reported to local law enforcement, who are now conducting their own investigation.”

It’s unclear what led to the alleged altercation. Police haven’t launched further particulars concerning the assault or the sufferer. 

Kelly Lyn was detained on the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Middle. Nevertheless, Local10 reported that she was not listed on the jail’s database as of Monday, Oct. 14.
