Aged man assaulted and robbed close to Rossmoor

WALNUT CREEK — Two teen ladies and two younger girls have been arrested on suspicion of assaulting and robbing an aged man in Walnut Creek, in response to police.

Officers arrived to seek out the person affected by “significant injuries,” in response to police.

Police stated 4 suspects — recognized as a pair of 18-year-old Harmony girls, a 17-year-old Walnut Creek woman and a 15-year-old Walnut Creek woman — assaulted the sufferer, took a few of his private property and escaped in a automobile.

Officers discovered the automobile a short while later and arrested the suspects, in response to police.

The ladies have been booked into the Martinez Detention Facility and the women into juvenile corridor on prices of theft, assault with a lethal weapon, inflicting damage to an elder and conspiracy to commit a criminal offense.

Detectives are persevering with to analyze the incident, police stated, including that “there appears to be no continued threat to (the) community at this stage.”
