The property positioned within the 300 block of Starlite Method in Fremont was bought on April 1, 2025 for $1,878,000, or $1,216 per sq. foot. The home, inbuilt 1962, has an inside area of 1,544 sq. ft. The format of this two-story house contains three bedrooms and one tub. Located on a spacious 6,420-square-foot lot, the property provides ample outside area.
