San Jose police announce arrest in March 15 taking pictures

SAN JOSE – San Jose police on Tuesday introduced an arrest in a mid-March taking pictures that despatched a person to the hospital.

The person was taken to an space hospital with accidents that had been later decided to not be life-threatening.

Hernandez mentioned officers found a bullet had penetrated a close-by house, however nobody else was injured.

Detectives recognized the suspect as Gabriel Alvarado-Ochoa and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Alvarado-Ochoa was arrested in Los Angeles on March 25. The next day, he was extradited to Santa Clara County and booked into jail on prices of tried homicide and assault with a lethal weapon, Hernandez mentioned.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the incident stay below investigation.
