OAKLAND — An Alameda man has been charged with homicide for allegedly killing his girlfriend, an act the suspect’s mother informed police was unintended, courtroom data present.

Terrence Miles, 32, was charged with murdering 19-year-old Davonye Cummings on March 2. He has additionally been charged with home violence and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
