Vote now: Bay Space Information Group boys athlete of the week

On to the nominees:

Alec Blair, De La Salle basketball: Taking part in with a significantly sprained ankle, Blair scored  14 factors to steer the Spartans to a 47-38 win over Folsom and a berth within the CIF NorCal Open Division title sport.

Jorell Clark, Palo Alto basketball: Clark poured in 29 factors to steer Palo Alto to a 63-52 win over Christian Brothers of Sacramento and a berth within the NorCal Division III championship sport.

Luke Dafferner, Acalanes lacrosse: The sophomore scored 5 targets to steer Acalanes to a 10-6 win over Bishop O’Dowd.

Kasten Eggers, Priory basketball: Eggers led Priory with 19 factors because the Panthers superior to the NorCal Division IV championship with a 69-48 win over Berkeley. 

ArDarius Grayson, Oakland Tech basketball: Grayson had a sport for the ages Saturday, scoring 36 factors and including 9 rebounds, seven assists, three steals and 4 blocks as Tech fell to SRV within the NorCal Division I semifinal spherical.

Luke Isaak, San Ramon Valley basketball: The senior scored 33 factors and 14 rebounds as SRV took down Oakland Tech 77-74 in an extra time nail-biter.

Karan Kolappa, The King’s Academy basketball: Kolappa led TKA with 20 factors because the Knights beat Carlmont 75-69 within the NorCal Division III semifinal.

Jasir Rencher, Archbishop Riordan basketball: Rencher led Riordan with 20 factors because the Crusaders superior to the NorCal Open title sport with a 64-57 win over Salesian.

Aidan Wong, Mountain View soccer: Wong scored each of Mountain View’s targets because the Spartans beat Cardinal Newman 2-1 to win their first-ever NorCal regional championship. 

Jacob Wrencher, Milpitas basketball: Wrencher led Milpitas with 18 factors because the Trojans bowed out of the NorCal Division II bracket with a 73-45 loss to Clovis East.
