Bravo has been hit by one other lawsuit.
In a authorized criticism filed on February 25, Beneath Deck hair and make-up artist Samantha Suarez and digicam operator Gray Duddleston allege that Beneath Deck Crusing Yacht solid member Gary King “held [Suarez] hostage in a hotel room” whereas filming Season 4 of this franchise in July 2022.

King, Bravo, NBCUniversal, Mountain View Productions, 51 Minds, 51 Minds Leisure, Endemol Shine US Workplace, Endemol USA Holding, Inc. and DOES 1-50 are all listed within the lawsuit.
Suarez and Duddleston’s criticism lists 16 causes of motion for which they’re in search of damages together with sexual battery, assault, hostile work atmosphere harassment and negligent hiring/retention/supervision.
Duddleston, who was courting Suarez on the time, claims he noticed King “unite the bikini tops of two female cast members without their consent.”
He reported that incident, together with the allegation that King made “lewd remarks to a female audio technician” and him grabbing the “genitals of two male camera operators” to manufacturing.
Shortly after the season wrapped, different Bravo workers made related claims to those made right here by the plaintiffs.

“It was insane. There were multiple incidents of sexual harassment in front of multiple producers after this person had been given verbal warnings multiple times,” one of many accusers alleged in October 2023, including:
“I had to promote and make this guy who just assaulted someone look awesome. That was my job, to make this person look cool, capable and exciting.”
Bravo addressed the allegations in a press release to Rolling Stone round this time, saying:
“Bravo is dedicated to sustaining a secure and respectful office for solid and crew on our actuality reveals. We require our third-party manufacturing corporations to have applicable office insurance policies and trainings in place and a transparent course of on tips on how to report considerations.
“The concerns Ms. Suarez raised in July 2022 were investigated at that time and action was taken based on the findings.”
For his half, King wrote on social media that he hoped to “be back on your screens” within the close to future and added that “everyday I’m trying to better myself.”
