OAKLAND — Two males have been charged in reference to a Nov. 17 theft in Oakland that match a sample of East Bay incidents involving deliberate fender benders, court docket data present.

The suspect, roommates in Oakland who’re each 20 years outdated, have been charged in reference to one Oakland theft the place the sufferer was rear-ended, then robbed for about $15,000 in jewellery when he exited the automobile to change data. The incident was just like different robberies across the East Bay, authorities mentioned.
