Harmony: Man charged after police seize weapons, 55 lbs of pot at illicit drug enterprise

CONCORD — A 27-year-old man has been charged with possessing 4 weapons and 55 kilos of marijuana at an unlawful drug enterprise allegedly being run out of a neighborhood condo.

The Harmony and Daly Metropolis resident was charged with possessing a mini AK-style rifle, three pistols and managed substances on the market. He has been wished for six weeks on the fees, and has not but entered a plea, data present.

All of it stems from a Nov. 11 visitors cease, the place Harmony police pulled over the person and noticed proof he’d been smoking marijuana whereas driving. Contained in the automobile have been 5 kilos of marijuana, dozens of suspected painkiller drugs and two pistols, police stated.

The bust led to a search of the person’s condo on the 1800 block of Galindo Road close to Todos Santos Plaza in Harmony, the place police say they discovered an extra 50 kilos of marijuana, seven ounces of cocaine, the AK-style rifle, a .45 caliber pistol and proof that the medication have been being packaged and shipped.

The person reportedly denied residing there, however an condo supervisor recognized him as a tenant and police discovered his rental settlement, authorities stated.
