SAN JOSE – A person in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of setting a hearth inside a enterprise a month in the past in San Jose, in keeping with authorities.
The suspect entered the enterprise and set hearth to a field containing an electrical scooter, in keeping with Hernandez.
