Marin County authorities have extradited an Idaho resident charged with the 1973 homicide of a San Rafael girl.
Michael Eugene Mullen, 75, is tentatively scheduled to make his preliminary look in Marin County Superior Courtroom on Monday, in response to the district lawyer’s workplace.
