HAYWARD – A 46-year-old Newark man was arrested final week in reference to a deadly taking pictures in July, in response to authorities.

Officers arrived to search out proof of a taking pictures, police stated. Moments later, they obtained extra experiences of a taking pictures within the 27000 block of Havana Avenue, in addition to experiences of a collision.
