LIVERMORE — A 38-year-old man has been charged with raping, torturing, and beating his girlfriend over a number of hours, crimes that police say occurred on the encampment the place the suspect and sufferer lived.

Terry Pugh was charged with torture, rape, forcible oral copulation, and home violence, in a seven-count felony grievance, courtroom data present. He’s being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $150,00 bail and is subsequent due in courtroom on Oct. 28, data present.
