Excessive-profile Google unit Planetary Ventures sells Sunnyvale property

SUNNYVALE — A high-profile Google subsidiary that has launched a renovation of the landmark Hangar One has simply bought a small constructing in Sunnyvale to a veteran Bay Space actual property agency.

Google unit Planetary Ventures has bought a constructing at 494 South Bernardo Ave. to an affiliate managed by California Communities and Mozart Growth, in response to paperwork filed on Dec. 19 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Workplace.
