Milpitas house sells for .7 million

The property within the 1900 block of Shenandoah Avenue in Milpitas was offered on Sept. 30, 2025 for $1,715,000 which represents a value per sq. foot of $903. The home, in-built 1966, has an inside house of 1,900 sq. toes. This two-story house boasts a beneficiant residing house with 5 bedrooms and three loos.
