The unit within the 3100 block of Marina Drive in Alameda was bought on Sept. 17, 2025 for $1,825,000 which represents a worth per sq. foot of $1,126. The structure of this two-story home contains two bedrooms and 1.5 bogs. The lot dimension of the property measures 6,878 sq. toes.
