Seven arrested in smash-and-grab housebreaking at Sunvalley Procuring Middle

CONCORD — Seven individuals, six of them underneath 18 years outdated, had been arrested early Sunday after a smash-and-grab housebreaking on the Sunvalley Procuring Middle and a brief police pursuit that led to a crash, police mentioned.

All of it occurred about 3:50 a.m. on Sunday after officers acquired a name a couple of housebreaking in course of. Police didn’t say if the housebreaking focused any specific retailer.

In an announcement, police mentioned they arrested an 18-year-old man who they booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. He remained there Monday in lieu of $100,000 bail, in accordance with jail information.

The opposite six suspects all had been taken to the Contra Costa County Juvenile Corridor.
