Masked suspects held in armed theft at San Ramon jewellery retailer, police say

Twenty masked people dedicated an armed theft at a jewellery retailer in San Ramon on Monday, authorities mentioned.

Photographs had been fired by the robbers, however nobody was injured.

San Ramon Police say they responded to this “take-over style” armed theft — “where 20 masked individuals entered the store and began smashing display cases taking numerous items” — at Heller Jewelers, 6000 Bollinger Canyon Highway, at 1:50 p.m. on Monday.

A number of of the suspects had been reportedly armed with handguns — with  certainly one of suspects firing off rounds close to the doorway to the shop, in accordance with authorities.

The suspects had been tracked by air assist by way of Contra Costa County and into Alameda County. Various suspects have been detained at two areas in Oakland and one in Dublin.
