BERKELEY – A 26-year-old Vallejo man is in custody following two separate hit-and-runs and a pair of tried carjackings Tuesday in Berkeley, in accordance with authorities.
Perry stated a 3rd sufferer – a 78-year-old man using his bicycle – was discovered afterward Derby Avenue. He was additionally taken to the hospital.
