CONCORD — A 39-year-old man has been charged with homicide for allegedly killing a person by punching him a single time, in line with court docket data.

Isileli Lolohea, of Harmony, was charged with homicide within the loss of life of Daniel Barber, a Harmony resident in his 30s, throughout an Oct. 6, 2024 argument at an encampment in Harmony’s industrial district close to Freeway 4. After the 6-foot, 265-pound Lolohea punched Barber, the sufferer allegedly fell down a small incline and remained there till one other particular person found him and referred to as 911, authorities mentioned.

Prosecutors charged Lolohea in late July. He was arrested Aug. 28, and stays jailed with out bail, court docket data present. His subsequent court docket date has been set for Friday.

Surprisingly, Harmony had simply three homicides in 2024, and two of them occurred on Oct. 6, 2024.
