Virgin Media is working to repair a problem that has left many shoppers unable to get on-line.
The telecoms large stated on Monday it was conscious of “intermittent issues” with its providers and apologised to clients, including it was working to resolve the problem as a “priority”.
The corporate has not confirmed what has brought on the problem.

In a press release, the corporate stated: “We’re aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent issues with their services,” a Virgin Media O2 spokesperson stated.
