The U.S. economic system added jobs at a slower tempo than anticipated in February, giving the Federal Reserve extra labor market information to contemplate because it prepares to fulfill later this month.

The Labor Division on Friday reported that employers added 151,000 jobs in February, under the estimate of 160,000 jobs made by LSEG economists.
