New Senate Majority Chief John Thune (R-S.D.) stated it’s unclear if all of President-elect Trump’s Cupboard picks shall be confirmed.
“What I’ve promised them is a fair process,” Thune stated of Trump’s picks. “And so, these nominees are going to go through a committee where they’re going to have to answer questions. There will be some hard questions posed.”
Thune highlighted the need to supply Trump with the Cupboard he needs however famous that the Senate has a job to “advise and consent,” notably relating to his nationwide safety decisions.
