Space Lady who Served Harrison County in Position as Library Director, Dorothy “Dottie” (Aley) White, Passes

Dorothy Elizabeth “Dottie” (Aley) White of Nutter Fort, handed away peacefully at house on April 30, 2025 after an prolonged sickness.

 

Dottie was born on August 16, 1971. She graduated from Liberty Excessive College, class of 1989, and earned an affiliate diploma from Fairmont State College in 2001. She devoted over 20 years of her life to the group of Nutter Fort because the director of the Nutter Fort Public Library the place she loved creating lasting relationships with patrons and growing quite a few studying packages and occasions for youngsters. Dottie cherished to learn, watch TV and flicks, do puzzles, and make crafts. Above all, she cherished her household and cherished high quality time with them, together with common dinners and internet hosting vacation gatherings.

 

Dottie was preceded in loss of life by her dad and mom, Wayne and Betty Aley, and sister, Debbie (Dave) Clark. She is survived by her devoted husband of 36 years, Doug White of Nutter Fort whom she married on September 16, 1989, her son, Brian White of Arizona, and her daughter, Kayla White of Texas. She can be survived by her siblings, Virginia Baker, Diana (Mark) Wheeler, Brenda (Robert) Templeton, Wayne Aley Jr, and Tommy (Donna) Arehart, her in-laws, Doug and Theresa White, many beloved nieces and nephews, and prolonged household and buddies.

 

In step with her needs, Dottie shall be cremated.

 

There shall be a gathering of household and buddies at Amos Carvelli Funeral House, 201 Edison Road, Nutter Fort on Saturday, Might 3, 2025 from 2:00 pm to five:00 pm.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations could also be made to the Nutter Fort Public Library, 1300 Buckhannon Pike, Nutter Fort, WV.

 

Expressions of sympathy could also be prolonged to the household at www.amoscarvelli.com. A service of Amos Carvelli Funeral House.
