As Senate Majority Chief Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., makes an attempt to push via as many President Biden judicial picks as potential, Republicans within the higher chamber have labored to delay the method by utilizing procedural flooring maneuvers, inflicting a number of late nights.

SPRINT TO CONFIRM TRUMP NOMINEES KICKS OFF IN JANUARY

The deal was primarily motivated by a Senate slowdown initiated by Republicans via procedural maneuvers on Monday night time, which was spearheaded by Senate Minority Whip John Thune, R-S.D., who was not too long ago elected as the following Republican Senate chief.
