SANTA CLARA — A medical tech firm that has launched into a quest to fight coronary heart issues has struck a deal to lease house in Santa Clara in an enlargement transfer.

EBR Programs, which has crafted a brand new technology of wi-fi cardiac pacing tools, signed a rental deal to take house at 4300 Patrick Henry Drive in Santa Clara, in response to industrial actual property companies Cushman & Wakefield and Newark, which teamed as much as prepare the lease.
