EXCLUSIVE: America First Authorized is suing Manhattan District Lawyer Alvin Bragg’s workplace for information of any communication associated to the prosecution of former President Trump between prosecutors and the Biden-Harris marketing campaign, the Democratic Nationwide Conference and different teams. 

America First Authorized (AFL) filed the lawsuit Monday morning. 

The group is searching for paperwork and communication between Bragg’s workplace and the Biden-Harris marketing campaign, the DNC, Colour of Change and CREW. 

JUDGE MERCHAN SUED FOR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES AMID CONCERNS OF DAUGHTER’S DEMOCRAT WORK

It is usually searching for information associated to efforts to lift cash off the prosecution of the previous president in New York v. Trump. 

AFL can also be trying to see if information exist between Bragg’s workplace and Decide Juan Merchan’s daughter — Loren Merchan — who runs a Democrat-affiliated political consulting agency, Genuine Campaigns.

AFL describes Colour of Change as a far-left, Soros-funded group. The group issued an announcement characterizing the prosecution of Trump because the “fruit of our labor.” 

AFL says the group visited the White Home 16 occasions and met with each President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. 

The lawsuit comes as a part of America First Authorized’s ongoing investigation into Bragg’s workplace over considerations of impartiality, politically motivated prosecution and the weaponization of the justice system. 

AFL sued Merchan final week for refusing to show over his monetary disclosures amid questions on his daughter’s work at Genuine Campaigns.

The CEO of Genuine reacted to the subpoena final week, saying the allegations towards the corporate are “completely false and purely politically motivated.”
