A Jewish Delta Air Strains worker is suing his employer for allegedly discriminating towards his non secular identification, in response to a lawsuit.

The plaintiff then complained to his supervisor, however the lawsuit says “no action was taken to ensure that such an event did not happen again.” Later, Sheva requested for Yom Kippur off, and he was given a tough time, the go well with alleges.
