New York Metropolis mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani’s plan for a $30 an hour minimal wage might make it more durable for Individuals to entry entry-level jobs by rushing up automation.

Although Mamdani has made the $30 an hour minimal wage part of his marketing campaign platform, neither the New York Metropolis mayor nor town council have the authority to implement these modifications, that are set by the New York State Division of Labor.
