The Harrison County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, April 3, to welcome Spino’s Ink Tattoo Studio to the East View group.
Owned and operated by Maxwell “Spino” Carr, Hannah Cobb, and Travis Johnson, this studio is a haven for high-quality tattoo artistry. With greater than seven years of expertise, Spino has constructed a fame for his intricate designs and inventive precision, turning pores and skin right into a dwelling canvas.
