The final full-size Kmart retailer within the continental United States is ready to shut in October, leaving just one downsized location remaining, studies say. 

Meaning a smaller Kmart retailer in Miami will turn into the final one remaining within the U.S. Kmart, which is now owned by Transformco, additionally has three shops within the U.S. Virgin Islands.
