emnify Debuts Manufacturing unit-First IoT Connectivity at CES 2026

Pre-provisioned mobile connectivity goals to simplify IoT manufacturing, logistics, and gadget activation at scale

emnify, a cloud-native IoT connectivity supplier, is introducing a factory-first method to IoT connectivity that allows units to attach immediately, reliably, and globally the second they energy on. An award-winning chief in eSIM and IoT connectivity, emnify brings this factory-first method to CES 2026 to deal with the rising complexity of IoT manufacturing at scale.

Constructed round Bootstrap Connectivity and a single international eSIM SKU, emnify’s method permits electronics items producers to ship units which are already related from the manufacturing line—eliminating guide SIM dealing with, fragmented SKUs, and customary first-boot activation failures. Powered by emnify’s SGP.32-ready eSIM orchestration stack, connectivity turns into a part of manufacturing slightly than a post-deployment job.

“While IoT devices are designed with connectivity in mind, SIM logistics have long remained physical—relying on plastic SIMs, manual handling, and post-production provisioning,” stated Martin Giess, co-founder and founding CTO at emnify.

“We built Bootstrap Connectivity with a factory-first mindset, so devices connect reliably from the moment they power on, using one global eSIM SKU, without locking electronics goods manufacturers into a single provider.”

What emnify is introducing at CES 2026

Instantaneous Connectivity with Bootstrap Connectivity

Units join instantly at first power-up—whether or not within the manufacturing unit or within the discipline—utilizing a provider-independent bootstrap profile that helps bring-your-own-carrier flexibility all through the gadget lifecycle.

Manufacturing unit-first enablement and zero-touch manufacturing

Connectivity provisioning and testing will be carried out straight on the manufacturing line, lowering guide SIM dealing with, configuration errors, and first-boot failures earlier than units ship.

Open, SGP.32-ready eSIM orchestration

Connectivity is embedded as soon as and managed securely throughout the complete gadget lifecycle, supporting long-term flexibility with out dependence on a single supplier ecosystem.

Meet emnify at CES 2026: Media, analysts and electronics items producers are invited to go to emnify at CES 2026, North Corridor, Sales space #10477, to see how factory-first bootstrap connectivity allows one international SKU and easier IoT manufacturing at scale.
