U.S. stock futures edged higher, while oil prices rose after OPEC and a group of Russia-led oil producers agreed to continue pumping more crude. The jobs report showed the U.S. added 210,000 jobs in November, fewer than economists expected. Here are the stocks we are tracking before the opening bell.

  • U.S.-listed shares of Didi Global   fell 10% after the Chinese ride-hailing company said it planned to delist in the U.S. and pursue a listing in Hong Kong. It is a dramatic reversal just months after Didi’s ill-fated IPO in New York.
  • Zillow shares surged almost 10% after the online home listings company announced a share buyback.
  • Nucor said that it was raising its quarterly dividend to 50 cents a share and had approved a stock buyback of up to $4 billion. Shares rose 3.1% premarket.
  • Ulta Beauty retailer topped analysts’ expectations in results posted late Thursday. Shares rose more than 5% in thin premarket trading.
  • Moderna shares rose 6.4% premarket, pointing to another choppy session for the Covid-19 vaccine maker following the identification of the Omicron variant.
  • The Federal Trade Commission challenged Nvidia ’s proposed $40 billion takeover of Arm Holdings late in Thursday’s trading session. Nvidia’s shares ticked down 0.2% before the opening bell.
  • Tesla ’s China business is recalling 21,599 locally made Model Ys due to issues with auto parts from suppliers. Shares rose 0.4%.
  • MarketAxess fell 0.3% premarket. The bond-trading platform said this week it had hired a chief information officer to replace the retiring Nick Themelis.
  • Teradyne rose 2.3% premarket. Analysts at Piper Sandler raised their target price for the test-equipment company’s stock last month.
