Delta stated its compensation philosophy, which it describes as one of the best in the whole airline trade, is “rooted in the company’s core value of sharing our success with employees.”

Since 2022, the corporate stated it has made cumulative investments of 25% or extra in compensation in every of its largest frontline workgroups.
