A federal decide issued a short lived restraining order Thursday directing President Donald Trump to return management of the Nationwide Guard to California.
The order, which takes impact at midday Friday, stated the deployment of the Guard was unlawful and each violated the tenth Modification and exceeded Trump’s statutory authority.

U.S. District Decide Charles Breyer stated Trump overstepped his bounds in ordering the deployment of roughly 4,000 Nationwide Guard members to Los Angeles after protests erupted over the immigration crackdown.

Maj. Gen.
