On September 30, the 32-year previous introduced that he and his husband, Jordan Brown, had welcomed a child collectively, son Bishop Colton Brown-Underwood.

ABC viewers met Underwood throughout Becca Kufrin’s season 14 of The Bachelorette in 2018.
After finally showing on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise, Underwood was named the season 23 lead of The Bachelor, which aired in 2019.
He chosen Cassie Randolph to obtain his ultimate rose on the present, though the 2 did NOT get engaged; they broke up in Might 2020.

“I’ve ran from myself for a long time, I’ve hated myself for a long time,” Colton stated again then on Good Morning America.
“I’m gay. I came to terms with that earlier this year, and the next step in all of this was sort of letting people know. … I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my life. That means the world to me.”
In Might 2023, he went forward and married Brown.
And now the 2 are dad and mom.

“Everybody’s been so excited. My family especially knows how long I’ve wanted to be a dad, and they just know my journey of coming out. [Wanting] to be a father was something that kept me in the closet for a long time,” he informed Folks Journal awhile again.
“So for me to be able to say we’re pregnant is really big and really emotional.”
