Larry Gene Massey, 78, of Bridgeport, WV, handed away on Thursday, Might 8, 2025, on the United Hospital Heart.
He was born in Madison, WV, on November 4, 1946, a son of the Late John H. and Laura Fry Massey.
Mr. Massey was preceded in demise on September 24, 2022, by his first spouse of over 55 years, Beverly Jean Williams Massey. Additionally previous him in demise was his brother, Paul Landy.
He’s survived by his spouse Sherry Rader who resides at their dwelling in Gassaway; his daughter, Tammy Lynn Russell and fiancé Donald Martin of Shinnston, WV, three grandchildren, Joseph Snopps and spouse Rachel of Nutter Fort, Jennie Russell and Joshua Russell each of Shinnston, WV; and three nice grandchildren, Jager, Xavier, and Elias. Additionally surviving are two stepchildren, Kenneth James Browning and spouse Trina and Karri Rousett and husband Rick; and step grandchild, Adrianna. He additionally leaves behind his brother, John Landy and spouse Pam of Sutton, and his sister, Maryann Jenkins of Sutton; and his trustworthy companion, his canine, Tillie.
Larry was a graduate of East Financial institution Excessive Faculty in 1965 and went on to graduate from WVU with a level in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. He was the proprietor of Massey Technical Companies since 1980.
Mr. Massey was a member of the Midstate Church of God in Gassaway and was a loyal Christian. He had a ardour for all times itself and above all he loved spending time along with his household all the time taking footage.
Household and associates might name on the Amos Carvelli Funeral Residence, 201 Edison Avenue, Nutter Fort, on Thursday, Might 15, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The service can be held on the conclusion of the visitation at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Rodney England presiding.
